About

I’m Sam, I’m married to an incredible wife and live in the Hudson Valley, north of New York City.

I’m from Southern California, and lived there for my first 25 years.

When I was in college at UC Irvine, I spent a summer in the jungles of Belize doing archaeology. Our team found dozens of artifacts + structures that were thousands of years old.

During my two years at UC Irvine, I got my first unpaid gig at an LA-based startup - Lokal Travel. That was the most valuable experience of my life, and the foundation for everything I was able to take on after.

My experience at Lokal helped me get an internship (and eventually FT role) at Disney’s corporate campus in Glendale - where, ultimately, I met my wife!

Since then, I’ve worked for several high-growth startups and have lived in five different states.

I love to spend any extra time with my wife + family, restore furniture, research family history, and watch Arsenal Football Club.
